Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in every Coorra piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind where:

Returned within 30 days of delivery
Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Items are return folded and packed with care
Tags remain attached

Approved returns are issued as a store credit.

2. Exchanges

Due to limited stock, we are unable to guarantee exchanges.

If you are wanting a particular item you can see in stock, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item. In the case you chose to do this a refund can be issued rather than a store credit. Just reach out.

3. Sale Items

Sale and promotional items are final sale unless faulty.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are $11.00 flat rate.
